As the core executive lead for the client (Nanfang Finance), Livy served as the main interface to Quzhou Industrial Investment Group and managed the full project lifecycle.

Livy Tang is an 11-year brand communications professional.

Former political and economic journalist at Nanfang Daily and other mainstream media, former senior communications manager at Tencent Group Marketing & PR Department (M10), and senior partner / co-founder at Xuelang Technology.

From observer to builder: her journalism background gave her insight into social structures, policy logic, and public sentiment; her Tencent experience gave her mastery of enterprise brand communications systems and reputation management; entrepreneurship turned those capabilities into actionable business solutions.

Livy currently operates through Beijing Xuelang Technology Co., Ltd. (Radar Finance).
